Bring your family and your BOAT and DOCK IT at our a newly renovated cottage (FULLY HEATED AND AIR CONDITIONED, 6.6 miles from US 131) on a exceptionally CLEAN canal off the 26 hundred acre GUN LAKE! Dock your boat and relax on your own little piece of paradise as the kids can play on a small PRIVATE BEACH, fish , kayak, or paddle board on the canal or out to Gun lake( 3 min by boat.) While on the lake, a large public beach can be enjoyed at YANKEE SPRINGS STATE PARK, which is only 10 minutes from our cottage ! The park also offers a 12 mile MOUNTAIN BIKE trail, HIKING trails, CROSS COUNTRY SKIING trails and SNOWMOBILE trails . After a day of activities, NEW APPLIANCES and OPEN CONCEPT make meal time enjoyable or treat yourself at one of the many restaurants in town. Also, only 30 minutes away from SKIING AT BITTERSWEET, enjoying the city of Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek with huge opportunity for fine dining and site seeing! Close the evening with a CAMP FIRE or hanging out in the GAME ROOM, sitting on one of the decks with a glass of wine and then nestle into one of our TWO SUITES with their own BEAUTIFULLY TILED SHOWERS. If time allows, make sure ,golfing, breweries , wineries and The GUN LAKE CASINO are all on your to do list as they are all within a half hour or less from our home! This is a FANTASTIC VACATION SPOT for the whole family!
