Summary: Thank to Evelyn and Juan we had a fantastic time with our stay in Florida. The Duplex was newly remodled and very clean. The location was perfect, very close to everything. St. Petes beach was only 15 minutes away! Juan came over that morning to replace batteries in the smoke alarm. Nice people i would rent from them again.
