The very spacious 4-star DTV certified, approximately 100 square meters and bright apartment for four people is located on the ground floor of the detached house. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen / dining area, an entrance hallway, a full bath and a separate guest toilet. New floors were laid in all rooms (vinyl panels in wood look or tiles) at the turn of the year 2015/2016, the radiators replaced, the walls repainted in white, and ceiling spots used for lighting. The bright walls, the somewhat darker floor, and the large windows give the apartment a bright, modern and homely atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a modern leather suite, flat screen TV and a stereo system (including Bluetooth). In both bedrooms there are large wardrobes and double beds, one of which has the dimensions 180X200cm and the other the dimensions 180X190 cm. Both double beds are equipped with separate two mattresses and slats. The fully equipped and new kitchen has in addition to the usual equipment such as stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and coffee maker and a dishwasher. The new bath (with underfloor heating) is equipped with a shower, bath, sink, toilet and towel dryer. In addition, a newly designed, separate guest toilet is available. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house, and on the south and west sides of the house, its terraces and the garden are ready for your private use. Bed linen and towels are included once. A high chair and a cot are available if required. The cost of using the Wlan access to the Internet, electricity, heating and water are included in the rent. For the use of shared with the other two apartments washer and dryer operated a euro coin machine, where one euro is sufficient for a whole load. Bringing pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. The minimum rental is 7 nights. For bookings of 5 and 6 nights, a short-stay surcharge i. H. V. once 9.50 € per person.
