Positive: Very quaiet place. House in traditionally Tuscan style. Swimming pool or lake (by Marco) very good, jacuzzi too. Clean water. Very good contact with Owner, Marco is the soul of this place. Big property - house is beside a olive grove, short walk - maybe 4-5 minut across garden and forest and we are in Bibbona (coffee, pizza, pasta, gelato and more...). Privat gate to city :-) Grill set for willing. Ten minutes (car) to beach, good base for trips on Tuscany, nice terrain for cycling - but on september only early morning :-) Days were very hot :-)
Negative: Maybe air condition would be good idea? But old school ventilation works OK.
Summary: For repeat.
