The holiday home is located in Lacoste, well-known for its castle with its ravishing view and the annual concert and theatre festival in its former quarries lacated beyond. The house, recently built, is well equipped and air-conditioned, and all the rooms on the ground floor open onto the outside, ideal for a holiday to benefit from the fresh air of the Luberon. Gordes, 15 km away, well known for its distinctive idyllic setting, is one of the recommended excursions, and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, charming with its canals lined with antique shops and art galleries, is 20 km away.

The ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa comprises a large living space overlooking the pool, consisting of kitchen, dining and living/TV room with fireplace. In addition, there is also a pantry, a laundry room, two toilets, a shower room, all three separate, as well as a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be put together and each with an integrated shower room. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, i.e. three single beds, with an integrated bathroom. A separate WC completes the sanitary facilities on this upper floor.
Four cars can be parked on the large, fenced plot with automatic gate, operated by digicode. The covered terrace, protected from the sun, serves as an outdoor dining area and is adjacent to the kitchen. The other terrace, covered by the pergola made of reeds, offers an outdoor seating area for lounging in front of the pool, which is heated if necessary and tiled all around, equipped with sun loungers. Furthermore, the boules-track in front of the villa is a great place to have fun in the evenings. A lawn for the children, an orchad of olive trees and views of the Luberon mountain range are the assets of this holiday accommodation.
