The Space:
For those who simply want to relax, there is a huge furnished front deck and secluded separate sheltered north facing rear deck made for relaxation, privacy, sun and sea breezes. At the end of the day, your alfresco dining choices are covered - enjoy a BBQ cooked on the Weber or the conventional gas BBQ or whip up a pizza in the beautiful Italian Pizza oven on the back deck. There is a wide selection of board games, a Games Console with plenty of games and DVDs that can be used downstairs in the 4th bedroom/2nd living room ensuring peace and quiet upstairs. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area has reverse cycle heating/air conditioning plus a wood fire for the colder nights. The extremely well equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze and no need to head out for coffee as a coffee machine is available for your use. Outdoors is a beautiful fire pit area that's a great spot for family and friends to relax and enjoy.
The spacious master bedroom upstairs has king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, luxurious ensuite and ocean views with functional adjoining home office. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and additional king single. The 4th bedroom has 2 King single beds and one single bed, a sofa.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
