Positive: Got a room up grade which was great. Staff are fantastic. All receptionist are very well mannered and helpful. The porters with the luggage are top class . I cannot fault any of the staff. This is our regular hotel. Perfect position by the metro. 10 nin walk.
Negative: Pool area is a bit weary.
Summary: Just perfect. Exactly what we wanted.
