Positive: Mr Elhusseiny was very helpful to support whenever needed , fulfilling even all our requests with a marvellous welcoming attitude. The apartment was clean , and the furniture was all new & comfortable.
Negative: Pool area needs more service & more frequent cleaning from fallen insects & tree leaves ....may be this was due to low service during Eid days ...don't know.
