Heated Pool!
Great vacation pool home, 3 bedrooms/2bathrooms. A spectacular salt water pool beauty on 2.27 highly landscaped acres. This house gives you plenty of space and privacy. Complementary WIFI. This house is located in a beautiful setting and features high ceilings and a very large pool. The 2100 sq ft house with formal foyer with pillars, dining room with chandelier, step saving eat in kitchen with a breakfast bar, walk in pantry and a nook area. Brand new appliances (updated pictures will be added soon). Fully tiled home with vaulted ceilings, crown molding and plant ledges. Large master suite with kings size bed, TV and cabinets. Master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, dual sinks and large walk in closet and a separate toilet. One bedroom with king size and one with queen size bed. Guest bathroom with bathtub/shower sink and toilet. In house laundry room with washer and dryer. The pool boasts a free flowing waterfall. The oversized pool is surrounded by a large pool deck area with sun loungers. Rear exposure south and the pool is facing east/west so you will have the nearly whole day sunlight shining on the pool! There's a circular driveway in front of the house with plenty of parking space. The house is located 30 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes to Ave Maria.
Update 9/2022: New sofa and recliners.
Restaurants/Shops: New PUBLIX and CVC is only 8 minutes from the house. Restaurants like Stevie Tomato’s, IL Primo Pizza & Wings, Chinese Restaurant, Subway, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza are 17 minutes from the House according to google map. Bank of America and different stores all 17 minutes from the House. This is a perfect location for a pool vacation.
YouTube TV and Amazon Prime channels are available to watch. There are plenty of free channels available. Tenants not to purchase or rent any movies. Tenant is responsible for any charges that occur through their actions.
There is a public golf course 7 minutes from the house.
BBQ/Grill can be used. Guests please clean it after use.
New Publix and CVS 9 minutes (5.1 miles) from the house.
Maximum 6 guests including kids. Minimum age requirement due to safety regulations.
Parents to assume all risks.

Summary: Oh my goodness, what a find this property was for us! We loved the rural location, the house was just beautiful. Literally everything catered for, spacious property with a fantastic pool. We just wished the baby turtles had shown themselves, but we kept a distant eye on the turtle nest daily. We did purchase a clothes airer, which we donated to the property, for items that couldn’t go in the dryer. We also left behind/donated a shower stool, that one of our party needs to use, mainly due to successful shopping trips! The location of this property was perfect for us. Nicely out of the way, but close enough to all that we wanted. We really hope to return to this beautiful house soon.
