Located on a quiet street within the Altamar II complex, this property is one of 14 residences sharing charming gardens and a pool area with a children's section. Conveniently located just steps away from the natural rocky beach, the La Fontana marina and the sandy coasts of Arenal, it offers a serene refuge.
The southwest-facing terrace leads to the spacious living room with living and dining areas, while the kitchen occupies the rear of the house with access to the backyard and the adjacent swimming pool. The first floor has capacity for two bedrooms and a bathroom, with stairs leading to the second floor with a large gallery bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The highlights include a spacious living space, two outdoor areas, air conditioning, and its proximity to the sea and various services around the Arenal beach.
