Escape to the Pines! This spacious 1800+ sq foot condo can be rented as a 2-2 (sleeps up to 4) or as a 3-3 (sleeps up to 8), based on the total number of guests. If rented as a 2-2, you will have access to the upstairs (the main living, kitchen, wrap-around porch) and will have one bedroom with a king bed and second bedroom with a queen bed, and each bedroom will have its own full bath. If rented as a 3-3 (for an additional fee of $15 per day/per guest, for guests 5-8), you will also have access to the downstairs, which has a third bedroom (with two queen beds), a secondary living space with desk, and another small bathroom. **If you want to rent the condo as a 3-3 with 4 or fewer people, then when reserving, just list the total number of guests as 5.**
The condo has a wrap-around covered deck, raised high in the pines, with a gas grill and gas fire pit. The living area has a gas remote-controlled fireplace and large windows with a beautiful view of the tree tops. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for cooking.
