This project is located next to one of the best residential areas of Playa del Carmen, Colonia Zazil-Ha, as well as a few meters from the commercial area, where Boutique Hotels, restaurants and shops give form to the famous 5th Avenue.
Polo 15 Suites is located on Avenida 15, which has a cycle track designated from the Gran Coral Golf Club to the center, between Calle 54 and Calle 52. And walking only five minutes, up to Calle 48 and down near the Hotel Reef, make your way to the beach to enjoy this or a beautiful day at the Cannibal Royal club.
The building rises to the fourth floor from the ground floor, having three beautiful studios per floor, adding 12 studios, six of which will have a kitchenette.
All add bathroom and balcony.
On the top floor, the Pen House awaits us, a spacious one-bedroom apartment proper and a second option to rest, as it will have a morphy bed, in the second space of the apartment, for the comfort of its guests. Two full bathrooms, kitchenette and a large terrace, make up the Pen House of Polo 15 Suites.
All the units are distinguished by excellent finishes and a rustic decoration, which prints relaxation and well-being.
It has a laundry area, offering 3 washing centers for the use of the studios and the Pen House.
As a finishing touch, Polo15 Suites offers for the enjoyment of beautiful sunny days, the Roof Garden, which will have a comfortable jacuzzi, next to the Deck and the sundeck. Also for the expert chefs, there will be a grill and a small bar to dispose of the food.

Summary: My Girlfriend and I loved our 2 week stay at Polo15. We had the Apt. 104 which is on the ground floor f The apartment is big with a very comfortable bed, a TV with Netflix & YouTube, fast WiFi and there were plenty of kitchen utensils, really everything you need. The Bathroom has a big shower, with warm water. Little problem was to regulate the temperature due to the damaged shower handles The rooftop offers a great place to relax in the sun and enjoy the small pool for a cool down we used almost daily. The communication with the manager was always very good.
