NEWLY UPDATED! MAXIMUM of 6 PEOPLE.
Welcome to our "Treehouse" on Lake Austin! This home includes a living room with large windows that give you a beautiful view of Lake Austin and part of Lake Travis and Mansfield Dam —fully furnished kitchen, dining room, laundry room, three bedrooms, two baths, and multiple exterior decks including a hot tub where you can relax and soak in the most beautiful view.
We have just professionally redecorated and upgraded our home with all new mattresses, beds, linens, furniture and rugs.
This home also offers lake access with a beach area on Lake Austin. The private beach area and stone patio overlooking the water are shared with 2 other properties. The top deck of the boat dock is NOT available for use. Access to the waterfront is a very short drive (under 5 minutes). Recent changes to our liability insurance policy does not allow tram use to renters.
Thirty minutes or less to downtown Austin activities, but there are also plenty of restaurants close by in the Lake Travis area. Minutes from boat ramps for Lake Travis if you want to enjoy both lakes.
This is the perfect place to stay for holidays away from home, relaxation, or family vacation.
