Bright, airy, with 10' ceilings and lots of windows, this uniquely designed condo is fun and relaxing for your extended family or group. It is decorated with tasteful art and design elements. As you enter this unit you will feel as though you've just stepped into a model home. You will be struck with the high ceilings and the generous room sizes and the large modern kitchen with Viking Appliances. This unique design has the living area and the great room separated from the 5 bedrooms. Great to accommodate the early risers versus the late to bed folks in your group. The open floor plan includes a spacious great room that is huge by any standard. You will be impressed with all the natural light coming in from the abundant glass in the doors and windows. Kick back and relax on the plush, matching leather sofas and watch a movie on the SMART cable-equipped TV. (Seating for 14 in great room area) Directly behind this space, there's a large dining room table with ten chairs, and a gorgeous breakfast bar with three stools. With five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms this home sleeps up to 14 guests (12 adults) and is ideal for a large family gathering or a number of couples visiting the coast together. Sleep sofa completes the sleeping options. Free WiFi access is available, along with cable TV, Roku, and DVD player with an HD TV in each bedroom.
