Our beautiful villa, 200 m2 facing south, with sea view, is the ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
You will appreciate it for its swimming pool, its garden and its comfort. Located in a quiet and only 10 to 15 minutes from the city center, shops and beaches, and Nice airport.
After a good day of discovery in Nice and its surroundings, you will have the pleasure of finding peace in our house nicely and comfortably decorated, fully equipped with all the necessary comfort for holidaymakers (television, wifi etc ...)
Villa Jasmin is equipped for 6 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and parking for 5 cars. Its fenced garden of 2500 m2, its large terrace and its private pool with steps, will allow you to relax and enjoy the exceptional climate of the region.
For your comfort, we will give you access to the whole villa and the garden:
On the ground floor
• An open kitchen fully equipped on a huge living room with fireplace, and a dining room with bay window, overlooking a beautiful terrace for 10 people and a swimming pool with steps with an alarm.
• Its terrace with furniture of Complete Garden gives on a swimming pool (5m X 10m) with a big space relaxation with view on the sea and without opposite.
• Next to the lounge you will find a game area with a pool table.
A laundry room with several equipment at your disposal: a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (180cm or 2x90cm) and a bathroom with direct access to the pool.
• 1 further bedroom with double bed (140 cm)
