This home features 6 bedrooms (7 queen beds), 3.5 bathrooms, 1 ensuite bedroom (each bedroom features a queen size bed), a 3rd floor family room for entertaining, a formal living and dining room, a sunroom and kitchen.
Additionally, this property features a 1bedroom carriage house apt, with a living room, kitchenette and separate bathroom. The lower level features a catering kitchen and a commercial ice machine, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining by the pool.
Lastly, this property is gated for your privacy and features an inground pool, spa, two separate covered patios, a front porch, outdoor dining, gas grills, fireplace, koi pond and extensive gardens. ^^^This property will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Summary: This home was absolutely perfect. Our group not only enjoyed the relaxing pool each day but the chefs kitchen made it so easy to eat in and have quality time with friends. Kevin was so helpful getting us settled in and all the extras in this home were perfect for our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a piece of paradise in the city of Indy.
