The house features four spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large open living room, huge backyard comes with a fire pit and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the California weather
The space:
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and just a short drive to some of Los Angeles' most popular attractions. Universal Studios is just a 15-minute drive away, and other famous Los Angeles landmarks such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Sunset Strip, and the beach are also within easy reach. Malibu and Santa Monica are also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy some of California's most beautiful coastline.

There is a spacious converted garage offers a game room with a pool table and a foosball table .
It has a beautiful designed humongous backyard with lounge chairs, a hot tub, BBQ grill and a fire pit perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring LA
Guest access:
- Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.
Other things to note:
- VRBO is not allowing us to pin the correct address on the system but the house is located in North Hollywood and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's also just 5 minutes away from the address posted here on Airbnb.
- Fireplace is not available for used
- We have security camera in the front
- Parking is on driveway and street parking
- There is a pet fee
House rules
1. No loud music and noise, no party.
2. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately.
3. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. Will be a fine $500 if guests smoke inside the house
4. Please do not move furniture. If you must, please move it back to its proper place.
5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300 will be added for a complete deep clean.
6. If guests tend to throw an illegal party without our knowledge will be a fine $1000.
7. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed to the toilet.

1. Occasional events must be approved by host and are higher in price than overnight stays.
2. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra guests . Exterior cameras installed on house to verify that guest count is accurate.
3. Pet cleaning fee: $30 per pet per night and must communicate the host before booking
4. Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or conversation outside after quiet hour at 9:30pm.
