Positive: air conditions in each room worked great. Hot water in shower upstairs is ok. Decent size refrigerator, bedrooms are really great and roomy.
Negative: no hot water in downstairs shower. location is next to what seems like an outdoor gambling venue, which is open at night. Very loud music, it is hard to sleep.
