The Casale Vittoria is in authentic Tuscan style in original stone of 18°century, the roofs are supported by the original chestnut wood beams; everything has been carefully recovered and restored. During summer, the old stones of the building will act as a "natural conditioner" cooling the environment.
The Casale Vittoria blends skillfully the rustic style of a country house with fine antique furniture.
Surrounding the house there are well-kept gardens on several layers (1.200 sqm.), with colorful flowers and fruit plants, including the wonderful pool with garden chairs, tables, parasoles and sunbeds.
We gain theelectric power and water heating from solar energy, in the most complete respect for the environment andfor what’s our most important goal: the wellness of our guests. The casale is divided into two well-separated units: the main structure completely reserved for guests with private swimming pool and equipped garden and the adjacent unit where the owner lives.
The country villa is spread on two levels for a total of 260 sqm. The house can comfortably sleep up to 10 people in 6 bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has it owns en-suite bathroom.
The main entrance leads into a spacious living room / dining room with comfortable seating, enriched by the old fireplace, that is connected to the kitchen, well-equipped offering an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric kettle. On the same floor you will also find two double bedrooms. A staircase leads tothe first floor where there are two double bedrooms, a double bedroom with third bed and a master's bedroom with sleeping area with double bed and living area that can accommodate two single beds.
OUTDOORS AND SWIMMING POOL
One of the gardens is equipped with gazebo and tables overlooking the pool, ideal for outdoor meals. Patio with sitting area at the entrance door.
In one garden lies the private swimming pool (7,50x12,50 m; depth: 1.50 m). It’s provided by a special mechanism of self-sterilization with electrolysis process without using chemicals. Our guests enjoy the swimming pool safely and taking a suntan.
The pool area is fully equipped with outdoor shower for hygiene, dressing room with hot water shower and toilet, sun beds, tables with chairs and parasols which offer complete relax of our guests. (Open from May to September)
