The condo consists of 2,010 SF total, one-car garage, a large master bedroom ensuite with an extended shower, his/her sinks and a large walk-in closet. One additional large guest bedroom, an office/den that may be converted into a third bedroom, and a laundry room complete with washer, dryer, and large utility sink are also featured in this unit with a wonderful private garden view. Stainless steel appliances, ample natural light, and ceiling fans complete the condo. The master bedroom contains a King Bed, while the guest bedroom contains a full-sized bed. The office / den area features a computer desk and will a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The screened lanai may be accessed from the sliding door off the living room.
