Positive: Comfort studio with modern kitchen and everything you need for a vacation for a couple or family of 3. Quiet part of the town and you have 10 min walk to the beach or supermarket. The owner is a great guy, if you need anything just ask him.
Negative: Just if there would be another bedside table or another small wardrobe.
