Positive: Ideal location, dated decor but kept clean, no broken or missing parts. Balcony door open to the very busy road filled with restaurants - but when closed, inside of the apartment is surprisingly quiet.
Negative: Air con unit located only in the living room, very far from the bedrooms. In the evenings and nights it was a nightmare to sleep as both bedrooms were filled with hot and stale air. Windows open to internal courtyard what does not help at all and noise from other apartments makes it even bit more problematic. Only basic cutlery and kitchen items but all clean.
Summary: Great value for money.
