Positive: Cozy, clean, nice view and comfy bed. The host was also very friendly. The convenience of a small store downstairs is nice.
Negative: The internet in our room was (sadly) very slow - I´d recommend a wifi extender. Even our mobile data had very limited reach/coverage - I recommend checking beforehand. Just before we left, someone (presumably other guests) stole a non-alcoholic beer from the common fridge, and that was annoying.
