Positive: I would like to sincerely thank Jasmina for her outstanding service during our stay. She was extremely kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. When we faced an issue with the fridge not working in our room, she immediately offered us options — either to move to another room or to store our items in a fridge in a different room. We chose to switch rooms, and she kindly arranged everything for us. As a thoughtful gesture, she even offered us complimentary drinks and a free breakfast. Jasmina also shared with us how much she loves and respects Muslims and Arabs, which made us feel even more welcome. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience.
