Positive: The apartament is indeed spectacular, with 240 dregrees view over Calpe and Moraira. The apartment and the terrace are very large and spacious. Close to the beach (5 min walk), shops (Mercadona, Consum, Aldi). AC all around the apartment but we didn;t have to use it in June. There is a small pool in the backyard but we didn;t use it because we enjoyed the sea and the beaches around Calpe - Moraira - Benidorm
Negative: Cleaning could have been better, we found black hair on the floor and bathroom, there was dust above the furniture. In the master bathroom there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink or below it. I would expect more quality beds and furniture for such a wonderful apartment. The small bedroom is indeed very small. The entrance and exit to/from the garaje can be difficult for large cars. Because of the weather in June, the terrace can get dusty. You don not get toiletries at all, had to buy soap or liquid soap.
Summary: Wonderful apartment with great view from the terrace !
