Positive: Good location. The apartment is relatively clean. Convenient contactless check-in.
Negative: You can hear the entrance, you can hear the bathroom. It feels like people are right in the apartment. One of the chairs is very shaky, there are no bolts. The socket does not work, you can not wash. A lot of switches, it is not clear for what, very not convenient, all this together with switches for light, because of this one day the water heater did not work, had to wash under cold water, then found the problem, it is possible that the washing machine also did not work because of this. The owner did not say anything about this moment. The bathroom door is terrible, it's sagging. Only one of the windows opens up for ventilation. Leaky bed linen.
