The apartment consists of the upper floor of a renovated herb shed that is over 100 years old. The authentic beam construction is still present. This gives the apartment a special and warm appearance. The apartment has several living and sleeping areas separated by partition walls. There is an area with two single beds and a section with a generous double bed (1.60 x 2.10 m).
The total of 58 m2 living and sleeping area is therefore wonderfully spacious. The bathroom of 8m2 has a toilet, shower and an infrared sauna for 2 people. In addition, there is a large outdoor terrace of 24 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. Underneath the dining table you will find a hidden pool table. TV and WiFi are available in all areas.
The apartment has its own entrance. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided. Final cleaning, tourist tax and all energy costs are included in the price.
In the nature reserve we have our own field with a terrace and picnic table. Row 100 meters and you're there!
There are many boating, swimming, fishing, biking and hiking opportunities in the area. You are in the countryside, away from mass tourism and yet close to dunes and sea, old cities (Alkmaar, Hoorn, Edam, Amsterdam and Haarlem). you have a wide view of the surrounding nature with the bulb fields in spring. The train station of Heerhugowaard is 3 km. and the Schiphol Airport is 50 km away.
Good restaurants and a shopping center are within walking distance.
