Perfect for both couples and families this superb holiday apartment is located in Nerja close to Burriana Beach. The property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including air-con and high speed wifi (suitable for video calls). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space, bathroom, sitting room with TV and Satellite channels. It has a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Residencial Aljamar is close to the supermarkets (less than 5 min by car) and some local shops. It is approx 400 meters up from Nerja's best beach (Burriana) and is a 15 min walk into the lovely old Andalusian town with its cosmopolitan blend of restaurants, shops and bars. The patio doors lead to a sunny terrace with large awnings to provide shade when eating alfresco. Linen and towels are provided. All rooms have air con/heating and powerful ceiling fans for your comfort. Guests also have access to a good sized swimming pool (open all year round) with sun beds and sunshades. The vacation rental also has secure garaged parking and free parking is available on the street.
An elevator is available from the underground parking to the apartment.
Pets, indoor smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Summary: Pros: The apartment had a very nice interior - all new and delicate. Good beds and the kitchen had all you need of equipment. The area around was quied- no noice. Beautiful view to the sea and mountains. Our contactperson Carlotte gave us all information and service we needed. We really want to come back! Burriana beach is wonderful - 10 minutes to go down - 20 minutes to go home. Cons: We did not understand that the apartment was placed on a quite steep hill, but fortunately we are in a good form when going home from the beach. We missed garbage can closer to the apartment. We had to take the garbage with us down to the beach. We were wondering how to waste sorting.
