Positive: The location is quiet and residential. Less than 100m from a pizza restaurant and 7 minutes walk from a grocery store. The old town is a 15 minute drive away. A very nice location if you don't want to be in the city center. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with utensils and cleaning supplies. Very user friendly and quick response time from Gregor.
Negative: One of the showers leaks water onto the floor and is not really usable. Maybe a couple of fans in the bedrooms would have been nice for the hot summer days. Also, some laundry detergent or tabs would be useful since small packs are not available in the grocery stores. No cable TV access, only via internet TV so unless you come prepared you will miss your favorite football matches. On the expensive side IMO but maybe that's just the market in Ljubljana in the summer.
Summary: Very comfortable stay, would rate this among the top 10% for quality and comfort. Highly recommend.
