Ski Mountain Acres is a Private Community on popular Appalachian Ski Mountain ( beginner and intermediate skiing) between BOONE and BLOWING ROCK. Minutes to the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY and all attractions. Galleries, Shops and Restaurants within minutes. As well as Hiking and Blue Ridge Parkway. Blowing Rock has a long history as a summer resort since 1840. Summer Temperatures rarely reach 75 and most evenings are in the high 50's. The Mountain Breeze is what people seek. This is a PET FREE home and not a child friendly home. No children under 12. Absolutely no exceptions- No animals. MONTHLY and (5 night minimum) RENTAL ONLY
