Positive: From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect—there was nothing more we could have asked for. The front office staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. No question was too much, not even the typical “tourist” questions, they handled everything with kindness and patience. This place has everything you need in one spot. You get to experience local life in an authentic way. The stairs, halls, and entrance reflect the character of an older building, historic, bold, and untouched, which really sets the tone and adds to the charm. Inside, the apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, hair dryers, an iron, whatever you need, it’s all there.
