Positive: The host was very easy to deal with and helpful and the place was very comfortable for our needs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even a supermarket to stock up on anything you need. Being able to park our bikes safely was very helpful when planning our travels around the weather. The mezzanine also has a nice, warm feeling which I liked.
Negative: There is a steep flight of stairs once inside the building to get up to the apartment (only an issue if you're old or carrying a lot of stuff), and if you're tall, you need to mind your head on the upper floor of the mezzanine. :)
Summary: Lovely place and very easy to reach Cinque Terre and other Ligurian villages from here via train.
