Positive: The owner was kind and helpful.
Negative: It does not deserve the price. It was indeed basement of his house turned into an appartment in a very amateurish way. It was filled with old stuff. Kitchen marerial was not in good shape, very old and a bit dirty. In front of the apartment was a mess with lots of trash around.
Summary: It does not deserve the price.
