You will find this lower-level villa both warm and inviting. This unit includes a queen bed and sofa with ample room for relaxing, as well as a full kitchen. CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.

Summary: The resort was amazing and we enjoyed being able to partake in the activities. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean Cozy. The outdoor deck was very relaxing, surrounded by beautiful trees. There are a few repairs that need to be made. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling down, and the chair molding is missing in a couple of places. Paint is peeling off the wall under the light fixture in the bathroom vanity area. There is a light missing in the kitchen. And there is also no dishwasher as described and no stovetop as described. The refrigerator has no freezer so don’t bring anything you want frozen. The sliding glass door and the window have no coverings so it’s completely open. The microwave is sitting on a separate counter, but the cord does not reach to the outlet so you will need to move it to the other counter where the sink is to plug it in.
