Lauet is an amazing newly renovated apartment located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.
This charming apartment has lots of natural light and is decorated with tastefully selected furniture, paintings and new appliances. It is on the first floor and was completely renovated in March 2019 in a fresh minimalist design.
The owner takes special care in decorating with paintings by a local artist, with the vision of feeling at ease and comfortable as if it were his home.
Open plan kitchen/dining room is very bright & cosy with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV and a balcony with side views of the mountains.
The apartment has two fantastic bedrooms: one with a large double bed, a wooden headboard, a mirror and wardrobe; the second bedroom with two single beds and a direct access to the balcony. The apartment also has a complete family bathroom with shower.
Enjoy a holiday independent of a car: in the immediate vicinity there are a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and a lot of water and mountain activities. The Port of Pollensa is a very popular holiday destination in Mallorca, where you can choose whether you want to spend a quiet holiday or enjoy the wide range of recreational opportunities.
