Beautiful mountain setting on local lake property! Beautiful lake views from every bedroom!! Amazing den features stone fireplace extending two floors high with gas logs that can be used during the cool months. Views of the lake can be enjoyed from many relaxing spots on this property. There is a upper deck off of the sunroom, a lower deck and patio for grilling out, a firepit for evening relaxation, hammock chairs on the front porch of the house and a hammock in the gazebo overlooking the lake views. For your evening relaxation there is a hot tub on the stone patio overlooking the lake as well. My favorite area which includes both a sitting area and lounge chairs is located on the boat dock facing towards a beautiful long range view of the lake. This property combines the feel of both a mountain house and lake house combined into one! This unique property was constructed in 1974 and includes very unique features of its time! Tastefully decorated with high end Restoration Hardware sitting areas throughout! This was one of the original homes on this area of the lake! The house is approximately 4,000 square feet and is three stories. The lake house is set up as four bedrooms and includes 3 baths. The house has 2 refrigerators in the main kitchen and includes one a the boat house for convenience while spending time on the water. There is a gas grill at the house that can be used by our guests while grilling out. The open ceilings and custom wood features make this the perfect vacation home. The house is strategically placed on the property to overlook the beautiful views of the lake from both the house and boat dock. The water off the end of the dock is deep and great for swimming. This area of the lake is very private and is great for boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Two kayaks and two paddle boards are available for my guests while staying at the house. With a backyard of limitless lake life this is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the beauties of Lake Hyco.
