Summary: Receptionist during check-in was very friendly, with a professional approach. I had stayed at this place many years. At that time I was totally disgusted with dirty carpet in the main hall (downstairs) and the hallways. But this time, there was a big change. The floors were very clean and the surroundings didn't look as dodgy as before. Even the security guy was friendly. I'm not sure if there's a change of management. Good job! Be aware that there's a 100 euros deposit to be paid at check-in, in case of any incidents. My room was tidy. I had not expected a room that accommodates two persons. This gave more space to myself. The kitchenette also helped to make own meal. The metro station, bus stops and supermarket were just round the corner. There's plenty of dining options. The Parc de la Villette is within a walking distance.
