Summary: We liked the layout of the house, which has two entrances at different levels onto two different streets and the two bedrooms on different stories and loved the roof terrace just a few steps up from the top bedroom and as long as you remembered to close the shutters when they were in the sun and kept enough windows and doors open otherwise, you could keep cool enough. The views of the hill behind the town and in other directions over the rooftops were great. Staying in the region you get used to the noise of the cigales but we loved watching and listening to the swifts and the housemartins particularly as they circled us before dusk. The locals were very welcoming particularly at the boulangerie
