Positive: Great choice. Very pleased. I really liked the concept. Privacy of rooms yet communal kitchen,4 dine areas, lounge with tv and spacious outdoor area. I really really loved the view( also from room with black door handle) the birds, and the feeling of tranquility. I appreciated hosts concern re my welfare. I wasn’t eating and he offered to shop or take me shopping despite my having car. Thank you again Well set up for bike riders or walkers. Large shower, good pressure. Room to stretch in bath or covered area by pool. About two kms from canal and yes there is a hill but that gives the views and an easy start next day! Hosts offer to take riders to supermarket or restaurant is genuine response to lack of facilities in village He is happy to🤗

Negative: Host explained ‘not how French eat’ but slice cheese or ham would be nice at otherwise very generous breakfast
