Positive: Everything was perfect—better than we expected. Mr. Mike was very helpful when we decided to stay an extra night in Rome. His professionalism was impressive, and we all enjoyed our time immensely. It was really easy to use the metro and bus to reach all the famous locations in Rome, even with kids aged 9, 7, and 1, since the metro station is only 2-3 minutes away. Our car remained in their private parking lot the entire time. We will definitely return one day and would love to stay in the same flat.
