Baars Cottage is a gorgeous home located just off 12th Avenue in East Hill. East Hill is one of the most desired places to stay and live along the Emerald Coast. It has a very vibrant feel, but is a family oriented neighborhood. 12th Avenue is an unique area that feature local Pubs, Breweries, Restaurants, Parks, Water sports... all within walking distance.
The Cottage has a stunning Heritage Oak shading the front yard. It has a large, hard surface parking pad with a cute porch at the front. Newly renovated and fully furnished with designer décor. Fabulous kitchen and custom eat in area. Laundry room with storage and new Washer/Dryer. Free high speed Wi-Fi and Cable TV. Dog friendly, new fully fenced yard. Fire pit with Chimenea for your use. If you are a long term guest, we have a storage building for your extra things. Bicycles available.

-The property is to be utilized by the registered booking guests only. Maximum of 5 people allowed overnight at the property.
