Positive: The apartment was a good size and well equipped. The indoor pool was amazing! The grounds were kept immaculately tidy and clean. Parking was close to the apartment. The location was close to some nice bars and cafes and an excellent supermarket. Also within walking distance to the beach.
Negative: The kitchen was very small with little worktop area. The freezer drawers couldn't be opened properly as the door couldn't be opened fully due to the washing machine door sticking out just an inch too far. Also, the orientation of the apartment was east facing and got no sunshine after mid morning. It was therefore dark and needed lights on even during the day. This is just a personal opinion as we like the sunshine and enjoy late afternoon drinks on a balcony. The apartment had a good sized enclosed balcony which was great for dining but sadly (for us) no sunshine.
Summary: Great residential development.
