Type "Arcachonnaise", completely renovated, this house will seduce you, near the port of CASSY (500m) and its shops.
You will move easily around the pool by bike (bike path 200m) or walk (beach suzette 600m).
You can go to the ocean easily avoiding the traffic jams of Andernos!
Ideally placed for local tourism, between dune of the pilat and the tip of Cap Ferret, bordeaux, the vineyards the edges of Garonne and Gironde are not far either.

In Rdc big space with equipped Kitchen, Living room (TV- reader DVD), dining room (big table 6 pers), a room, a room of bath and toilet.

On the floor a big space mezzanine with possibility of converting the sofa into bed 2 beds,

Summary: The problems with this property are (1) the lack of wifi, (2) that there is only one toilet and (3) that there is no-one easily available to answer questions or fix technical issues (like how to operate the TV). If we had read the description of the house more carefully we might have become aware of these problems but we only discovered them on arrival. Nevertheless the house was fine for us, particularly since we were accompanied by a 96 year old for whom the ground floor bedroom and bathroom were ideal.
