4 Bedroom House in Beach Haven West, Stafford Township

Conveniently located in the East Point section of Beach Haven West. Minutes to Long Beach Island beaches. Enjoy the breeze and views of the Manahawkin Bay. Fish and crab off your own pier. Go for a morning swim or a kayak cruise (2 available for use, life vests provided). Home is very roomy for two families to share. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Weber Grill with natural gas line on the deck off the kitchen area. Two adult bikes also available for use - bring your helmets!
Beach Haven West is a family oriented waterfront community just west of LBI. From the house location to Surf City/Ship Bottom in LBI is a short 5 mile drive over the LBI Causeway.
1st floor - open 2 story family room with views of the bay as soon as you walk in. Two large double sliding doors to deck off the family room and dining area. The Kitchen , dining area and family room all have great views of the bay. Kitchen with stainless steel stove appliances and Corian/Granite counters. Large bedroom w/ queen size bed. Office setup with a high desk, docking station, 2 monitors and keyboard/mouse - Just bring your own laptop! The shared bathroom on the first floor also has access from the bedroom.
There are 2 flat screen TVs on the 1st level , both equipped with FireTVs for streaming your favorite show ( you can also login with your credentials to Netflix and other steaming services). One is located in the family, the other in the bedroom/office/ playroom.
2nd floor - master bedroom with king size bed. Private balcony overlooking the bay. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Two more bedrooms with queen and king size beds. Shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. Laundry closet with washer and dryer. There are 2 flat screen TVs with fire tv, one in master bedroom, the other in a guest bedroom.
Outside deck with 2 tables, Weber BBQ with direct gas line. Plenty of chairs and loungers to enjoy the backyard. Catch some sun or sit around and enjoy the boat traffic on the Bay.
Newly built pier that is 120 feet long by 6 feet wide changing to 8 feet wide at the end. Lots of room for fishing , swimming, crabbing or just lounge and catch some sun .
Please contact owner prior to booking if you are interested in bringing your own boat or jet ski.
Home is also conveniently located to LBI wedding venues. Take beautiful pictures overlooking the bay before heading out to your event.
Home was originally built in 1986 with many updates throughout over the years. There is wood flooring and tile throughout the house. The pier was newly build in 2017. New central air installed in 2021.
