No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Summary: We loved everything about this house! The house was cleaned early so we were notified and were able to check in early. Has everything you need. Was well stocked. Washer and dryer worked great. Air-conditioning worked well. We would definitely stay in this beach house again.
