Sit on the deck, take a sip of your drink, and watch the sunset from your little spot of paradise.
This raised bay-facing bungalow, located on the corner of 26th street and Bayview Ave is the perfect location for your summer getaway. Facing the bay means you have the best seats for every sunset, are across the road from the children’s beach on the bay, and are only a short walk down the street to the lifeguard patrolled beach.
Located in the quiet, historical town of Barnegat Light, you have access to tons of activities such as the Lighthouse State Park (climb the lighthouse if you can!) and Historical Viking Village - coffee, fresh produce, restaurants, daily catch seafood. Other nearby activities and amenities include sunset cruises, weekly concerts, family-friendly restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream shops and much more.
The house will allow you to escape and unwind. When you enter the house, climb the stairs to the main living area and you are welcomed to a light, open, airy living room and dining room complete with an L shaped sofa to comfortably fit 6 people and a brand new Smart TV. Walk out onto the deck to enjoy the view, have nightly BBQs with the sunset on a brand new patio set, or sunbathe on the loungers. Upstairs you find the primary bedroom with a TV and Chromecast(to allow you to stream Netflix etc.) and an ensuite tub/shower. On the same level you will find the fully equipped kitchen (brand new pots and pans!) and another full bathroom. A double bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds can be found on the lower level with a TV and Chromecast, as well as another bathroom with a walk-in shower. An outdoor shower is found at the side of the house to rinse off after the beach. Half a block from the Bay Beach which is perfect for children with a lifeguard on duty.
