Summary: online i paid and booked a suite with a hot tub for my daughter online and i get here and they tell me its no room with hot tub and also no pool. ONLINE SAYS ALL THESE THINGS ARE AVAILABLE! i was not accommodated for the price difference or anything! non refundable! They just took my money after they falsely advertised
