Make yourself at home at this beautiful family-friendly home that is conveniently located in a quiet community! The resort offers guests access to a free beach shuttle, indoor and outdoor pools, children's pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball, hot tub, beautiful walking paths and playgrounds, and the only Jack Nicklaus-created golf course in Delaware.
Upon entering you'll first notice the beautiful decor throughout with light blue and white accents throughout. The primary living area will be the first space you notice with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large TV with cable. Continue the tour and you'll find the exquisite 10-person dining table - it's perfect for family meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plenty of counter space, and even a Keurig coffee maker. Another living room can be found right off the kitchen, complete with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and another TV with cable.
This living room opens up to a small, but convenient deck equipped with four Adirondack chairs and a patio area. Back inside, this level also features a laundry room with a washer/dryer, three bedrooms with TVs, two full baths, and a half bathroom. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, tub, and double vanity.
