Accessible by elevator, this second floor condo offers all the comforts of home. Open living /dinning area and well equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar or head to the master bedroom to catch up on some work in the sitting area which is setup up as an office space.
The outdoor patio which overlooks a beautiful landscaped area that will be perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon quiet time.

Summary: The owners of this property are gracious, kind and super responsive. My family has used VRBO for years. This is the first property that takes the added steps to offer thought filled touches. Beautiful art work, soothing design, cleanliness like it was brand new, and even goodie bags with snacks, essentials like toothpaste, tooth brushes, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent. It is clear that the property owner put a lot of thought into making this a home away from home and added extra comforts and luxury. My husband repeatedly asked if we were the first family to rent it out because it was immaculately clean. The passes for the pools, activities and kayaks were lovely. The Point on the property had breathtaking sunset views. Kayaking in the bay was relaxing with a lot to discover. We even saw a bald eagle. The location is a 15 minute drive to the beaches. It afforded a perfect blend of beach time, pool time, and relaxation in the condo. My 13 year old son shared it was the best place we’d ever stayed, and my 7 year old proclaimed he would never leave! He now wants to purchase a condo and live in the Selbyville community when he grows up. I think we will settle on visiting again! Thank you for an incredible time! So we’ll done. Cheers to you!
