It's time to relax on the quiet side of the Island. Come on down and check this lovely condo out. You have a great view of the Laguna Madre. You are on the Bay side of the island, but the beach is only a short walk away. Come relax in this 2BR/2BA condo. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed!
This is a great place for 2 couples or a small family to stay. There are only 8 condos in this building. If you are into windsports or kayaking, you can put in at the end of the road. Plus, you also get a one car garage to store your equipment or beach toys. If you are here during the summer, you can also view the Bayside fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony! The views are fantastic!
Centrally located near several great local hangouts and restaurants. The name tells it all, Bayview. You do have a great view of the bay.
Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

Summary: We decided on a last minute trip to the island. My husband & I along with my sister & her husband. Reservation & check in was somewhat simple, although you had to print your own parking pass- I don’t have a printer so we ended up parking on the side street, to avoid being towed. When we walked in, the place had a stale odor & it was uncomfortably warm. We think the odor came from the couches, they looked old & had several stains. The thermostat had a code so we couldn’t change it from heat to cool- we had to call the after hours number both nights & they had to contact the owner to change the settings. Our last night there, the AC didn’t turn on until after 11pm. The second bedroom has a window that faces the outdoor hallway and the outside light shined into the room, needless to say it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.This was beyond the owner’s control but I have to mention that whoever was in the rental next to us woke us up both night between 2am & 4am arguing & banging the walls.Other than those few concerns, we had an enjoyable stay at the island but will not rent at Bayview
